i'm quite infatuated by this song (which is inspired by Napoleon)
here's the part of 'Viva La Vida' which i love :

Some people were saying that coldplay ripped the outfits' style off of my chemical romance for this new album concept (we're talking about the french revolutionary jacket here).

the band had mentioned earlier that viva la vida the cd is a revolution of their music. Hence, they hand detailed these costumes to look like revolutionists.

Other than that, some people have also been complaining about how crappy this video is and how they fancy Anton Corbijn's version better than Hype Williams'. I personally chose Hype's over Corbijn's because i think Hype's version fits the atmosphere and the vibe of the song best. I like the classical look of the video, it's as if we're seeing a moving oil painting with the cracks within the painting and then in the end we'll see them start to chip away piece by piece. lovely..
